Rubber
Stamps |

We
manufacture rubber stamps for our customers in our facility located
at the Distribution Center in Dillon, SC. These stamps are created
on our Universal Laser System. The laser uses high intensity light
to engrave the stamp message onto a sheet of rubber which is then
cut apart and mounted on the the stamp body desired. Our stamps
are made from the highest quality materials available. Stamp bodies
available are Shiny, Trodat, 2000 Plus, Ultimark, Royal Mark, Superior,
Cosco, X-Stamper and more. Stamp orders received before 11:00 am
will usually ship the next day. |

Engraving |

Our
engraving department is capable of manufacturing signs, name badges,
name plates, trophies, plaques, awards and other gift and specialty
items. We offer both laser and rotary engraving. Our Vision 1624
Engraver uses high speed router bits to engrave into plastics and
other materials. Both of the engraving machines are capable of making
signs up to 16" X 24". The laser is capable of cutting
complex shapes and engraving very fine detail in most materials.
Common engraving materials include sign plastics, wood, brass, acrylics,
metals and leather. |

Vinyl

| Our
sign shop also has the capability of producing pre-spaced vinyl lettering
that is mounted on tranfer strips for ease of installation. We are
also capable of manufacturing custom signs, banners, magnetic signs,
license plates, decals and much more. Vinyl lettering can be used
on most surfaces such as glass, metal, painted wood and plastics.
Our plotter is capable of producing individual graphics and letters
up to 29" wide and as small as 1/4". All of our vinyl lettering
is produced on premium 2 mil cast vinyl that has an exterior durability
rating of 8 to 10 years. We can also produce full color vinyl graphics
up to 36" wide on our wide format color printer. |

We
now offer wide format color printing utilizing an Encad NovaJet 1000i.
This printer is capable of producing vivid, full color posters, vinyl
graphics and signage in sizes up to 42 inches wide by 150 feet in
length. Prints may be output on matte or glossy photo paper, pressure
sensitive vinyl, translucent plastic, canvas and many other materials
depending on your application. Once laminated with a clear laminate
the vinyl graphics have a 3 year outdoor durability rating. |
